I am a hard core foodie as you might have already noticed.
I love cooking & dining out too. The other day me & my family had gone out for dinner at Shilpi Restaurant, Udaipur. The ambiance was good filled with tranquility but sadly the food was not especially special.
My daughter loves Spaghetti & she ordered Spaghetti Neapolitan which was not up to the mark. The sauce had been cooked in an Indian style, which I think is a total no,no.I think you will agree with me that any type of Food should be cooked in its authentic way, either Indian or Continental. If it helps anybody out there, I am sharing my personal recipe for that authentic taste which i later made for my daughter at home and great fully It was delicious and well received. Enjoy!
