Sizzling Brownie...

Since my childhood, I have been passionate about cooking. Nothing calms me down but creating new dishes in the kitchen. And the look of pleasure on my loved ones faces after they have finished  it to the last morsel, there is nothing compared to it.

My children Bunny & Misha were after my blood to write down my personal recipes & experiences in my blog. But the lazy me...........Ultimately,on this eloquent day, as the Sun in my own ZODIAC $TAURUS  started sweeping me off my feet, 28th April,2012, I pepped myself up & engraved my favorite recipe of Vegetables n a Creamy Sauce.

Today I am sharing one of my darling daughter Misha's sought after dish of Sizzling Brownie.

The delicious sizzling brownie..... :)

Ingredients:

Chocolate Brownie : 2 pcs
Dark Chocolate : 100 gm grated
Fresh Cream : 75 gm
Ice-Cream of your choice : 2 scoops
Pine Nuts : 2 tsp
Walnuts : 2 tsp

Method:

Melt chocolate in Microwave on 100% power for 2 mins or on a double boiler. Remove & add cream.

Heat a sizzler plate. pour a little sauce,place brownie & ice-cream. Drizzle sauce. Sprinkle nuts. Serve immediately.
