Green Garlic : 5-6 stalks, finely chopped
Fresh Coriander : a handful, finely chopped
Green Chillies : 1-2, finely chopped
Spring Onion : 1, finely chopped
Red/White Radish : 1 grated
Tomato : 1, peeled & finely chopped
Roasted Cumin pd : 1 tsp
Chaat Masala : a large pinch
Salt : to taste
White Pepper : a dash
Tabasco Sauce : 1/2 tsp
