PARTY PLEASURES

VODKA CACAO

Ingredients:
                Vodka                                         2 tbsp
                White Cream de Cacao                11/2 tbsp
                Sweet Cream                                1 1/2 tbsp
              Ice Cracked

Method:
             Mix all. Shake well. Serve in a Highball Glass with Lemon Slice.

EMERALD FROST

Ingredients:
               Orange Juice                                        2 tbsp
               Pineapple Juice                                     2 tbsp
               Cream                                                 2 tbsp
                Soda bottle                                           
              Ginger juice                                            1 tsp
              Mixed fruits chilled
              
Method:
             Mix juices & cream. Shake well. Add fruits. Top with soda. Garnish with Mint leaves. Serve immediately.

Tip:

          Can add Ginger Ale.
       Fruits from Cocktail Tin is a good option.
       Juices should be Chilled.
