Utterly Butterly Delicious

While Butter on Bread will always be an all-time favorite, let's create some easy to make butter based dish-Paneer Makhan Palak.
Ingredients:
     Paneer                       200 gm cubed to 1 inch
       Leafy Spinach            400 gm finely shredded
       Tomatoes                     350 gm, pureed
       Butter                         4 tbsp

        Ginger                       1 1/2 tbsp grated
       Garlic                           2 tsp
       Green chilies              2 chopped fine
      Kasuri Methi                 1 tsp
Salt & Chili powder to taste
Cumin seeds                       1/2 tsp
Fresh Cream                       1 tbsp

Method:  Melt 3 tbsp butter. Add cumin seeds & let them crackle. Add ginger, garlic & green chilies. Saute for 2 minutes slowly. Add tomato puree & chili powder. Cook slowly till done. Add Spinach & Paneer. Simmer for 5 minutes. Add Kasuri Methi & Salt.Stir in Cream.
        Garnish with rest of the butter, cream & peeled, chopped Tomatoes. Serve hot with Naan/Puris/Tandoori Roti.
