Shahi Paneer


 Ing: 
                      Paneer                                       250 gm
                                      Bay Leaves                                 2-3
                                     Cinnamon                                    ½ stick         
                                        Onion                                        1 medium grated
                                        Ginger paste                             1 tsp
                                         Tomato paste                           ½ cup
                                          Cashew nut paste                  1 tbsp
                                        Tomato sauce                           2 tsp         
                                        Salt
                                       Chilly Pd                                      1 tsp
                                         Garam masala Pd                      ½ tsp
                                     Green Cardamom Pd                                   ¼ tsp
                                       Cream                                          3 tbsp
Garnishing
                                       Coriander leaves chopped, Varq, Cherries for garnishing

  Method:
 Saute onion in oil till pinkish. Add pastes, sauce & spices. Add Paneer & a little water. Bring to boil. Add cream. Garnish.

Tip: 
If the Paneer is hard, cut into cubes and dip in salt water for 5 mins. This will make it soft!
