The Ultimate Chocolate Cake

Satisfy your chocolate cravings with this ultimate treat.This exceptionally sinful chocolate dessert is easy tomake, but it must be refrigerated for twenty-four hours before serving for the best flavor and texture.Pour or spread the warm, never hot, glaze over cake The glaze will thicken and set as it cools.

Maida (Cake Flour)                                     250 gm

Baking Pd                                        3 tsp
COCOA Pd                                       60 gm blended with 125 ml warm water
Eggs                                                   3
Brown Sugar                                        250 gm
Golden Syrup/Honey                          2 tbsp
Unsalted Butter, melted                            175 gm
Curd                                                  100 gm
FILLING:
  Stoned dried Dates                                  150 gm
Caster Sugar                                              25 gm
Lemon Juice                                            1 tbsp
     Cook all till soft. Cool. Spread in between Cake. Top with whipped Cream & White Rum (2 tbsp).
Frosting:
   Chocolate                                          175 gm
Unsalted Butter                                   75 gm
Cream                                                    75 ml
     Melt & spread on Cake.
